How do I change the Location and/or the User restrictions on Catalogs?

In this article, we'll show you how to manage your location and/or user permissions on your Catalogs.

  1. Go to "Catalogs" module
  2. Use the header filters to locate the Catalog you would like to administer
  3. To remove Locations from the Catalog, click/tap the red trash icon on the Location
  4. To assign access to the Catalog for a specific location or locations, click/tap the "Locations" tab
  5. Click/Tap "Add A Location"
  6. Select your locations from the dropdown list and click/tap "Select Locations"
  7. To remove Users from the Catalog, click/tap the red trash icon on the Users
  8. To assign access to the Catalog for specific users, click/tap the "Specific Users" radio button
  9. Click/Tap the "Add A User" button
  10. Select your users from the dropdown list and click/tap "Select Users"
