Some vendors require a "Freight Profile." This helps vendors understand who the key contact is, if any special delivery equipment is required and additional information to ensure timely deliveries.

Check To See If Each Location Has A Freight Contact
Located on the left hand side of our 'Location Details' page, MainStem will help you identify if you've completed a "Freight Profile." If you see "null null," you have not completed a "Freight Profile."

To Add A Freight Profile, Click Into "View Location"

Click on View Location #

Click on Edit Location

Scroll Down And Enter Necessary Information

Update Your Settings and Freight Requirements
Checking the box to blue means that the line item being referenced is required.

Add Any Additional Information

Click on Save Changes

Click on Go Back

Click on Locations
-
Check To Confirm The Freight Contact Is Updated
