How To Reset A User Password

  1. Click on Organization

    Click on Organization

    Click on Users

    Click on Users
  3.  

    Search For The Username You Wish To Change

    The Username should match the email on record for the individual.

    Click On The Username You Wish To Update

    Click On The Username You Wish To Update
  5.  

    Click On  'Reset User Password'

    Click On  'Reset User Password'
  6.  

    Click on New Password

    Enter a password for this individual. Please note - this password will not be emailed with the user and must be shared by the admin user. Please ask the user to follow the same steps to reset their own password.

    Click on New Password
  7.  

    Click on Reset Password

    Click on Reset Password
